My heartfelt condolences to Steve, Louise, Maddie, and all of Taft's extended family and friends. I never had the privilege of meeting him, but his adventurous personality shines through his story and pictures. May his spirit live on through his brave friends and the memories of his active and full life. Strength to the family who has to cope with this tragic loss, especially a young girl who lost her beloved brother and a mother and father whose pain is incomprehensible.
